It was an ugly Wednesday for defending Zambia champions Nkana when coach Manfred Chabinga faced off with a supporter during a 5-0 away defeat at Green Buffaloes.
A Nkana fan stormed the pitch at Nkoloma Stadium in Lusaka in the last 10 minutes with Buffaloes running away with a 3-0 and confronted Chabinga with a chair.
Chabinga did not retreat fighting back aided by his assistant and ex Golden Arrows defender Joseph Musonda before security quelled the situation.
Shortly after play resumed, Buffaloes hit back with two late goals in the 88th minute through Fred Mwimanzi and four minutes of time added-on through the appropriately named Youremember Banda.
This is after Friday Samu set the pace with a brace in the 24th and 54th while Martin Phiri scored the third in the 58th minute.
The heavy defeat saw Nkana slumped at number 10 on 4 points from four games after sustaining their second league loss of the season.
Buffaloes are sixth on 6 points and unbeaten two victories after starting the campaign with three successive draws.
Buildcon lead on 8 points following a 2-0 home win over Napsa Stars in Ndola through goals from Conlyde Luchanga and Nsofwa Mwansa.
They displaced Forest Rangers on goal difference after a 0-0 away draw at promoted Young Green Eagles.
